Making sales without increasing web traffic

Imagine you’re driving 300 visitors a day to your website and getting Sales.

Sales to one in a hundred of your prospects. Sure, you can begin a massive promotion and drive 900 visitors to your website, making nine sales a day.Or, you can polish up your sales letter, turn one in three into buyers and make nine sales without increasing your traffic.

Just think of the money you”ll save, and make,on polishing your sales presentation. Now that you know the importance, how do you put it to work? There are a couple options.

You can hire someone to do the writing.Find a copywriter who shows you samples and writes in a style that you want on your website.Or,you can do it yourself. Here are some suggestions to apply to everything you write:

1.Sales with a great headline.

Right up front give your product’s strongest benefit.Make a promise in your headline, and then explain how the promise and benefits work to the customer’s advantage in the body of your sales letter.

2.Tell a story.Give a little of yourself in your sales presentation.Let the reader know you, your hopes and dreams.Share the disappointments you encountered along the way,and divulge how you overcome them.Nothing edears a reader and turns them into customer quicker than knowing who they’re handing their money¬† to.

3.Sales will come from great benefits.

Grab your product’s best benefits and assemble them into easy to skim, exciting mini bulleted headlines.I’ve often bought products online after reading the first three benefits and seeing one i need.

4.Close your sales letter with the disadvantages of not accepting your offer. Explain how their quality of life will improve with your materials, and then explan the tremendous risk they take at not owning your product.

5.Give the reader something to think about.present them with questions that keep them interested and make them think.”Are you ready to take your business to the next level””Are you willing to invest in your financial future” “Can you really afford to walk away from this offer?”

6.Sell your product with confidence.Assume that anyone with any sense is going to buy your product.Use phases like “With your order today.” These are assumptive phrases.Everyone wants to act like they know what’s going on,and some will even feel wrong not having the product because your sales letter presents it like ther’s no other option for them.

7.Have someone who knows nothing about your product read your sales letter. What questions does the letter leave unanswered? Would they buy? Why.or why not?

8.Write your sales letter from a customer’s perspective.Put yourself in their shoes as you compose it and really feel what someone visiting your websit is feeling.

9.Place strong calls to action and offer additional bonuses for ordering now. You”ll see this on every informercial you watch.Bonuses worth ten times the cost and large flashing letterrs that screams order now! A call to action instructs to act now,and it works! Plus,if the potential customer doesn’t order at that instant, chances are slim they’ll make the purchase later.

10.Give multiple ordering opportunities.Make it easy to pay by placing links in multiple places. Use bold print to make them stand out. Create a mini headline for your order link that makes it hard to resist clicking it.

11.Use the word”because” in your sales letter.Believe me,your sales will go through the roof when you can give a person the reason why he or she should buy.Instead of saying,”You need this product,”turn it into”You need this product because it will dramatically change your life.”

12.Appeal to the reader’s dream.Center in on what your readers hope to accomplish by visiting your website, and tell them how you’re going to give it to them.If your classified ad was for an offer to make money online, then you know these people have dreams of working in their underwear.Address that dream, and you’ve made yourself a customer.

13.Write your letter in a conversational tone.Imagine your prospect is sitting down across the table from you.Speak like you would to a friend.Don’t try to impress with words.Instead, strive for clarity.

14.Include a hard -hitting P.S.Most people will read your headline, then skim down to the bottom of your sales letter.Hit them hard with another great headline type P.S. that explans the benefits received and the risk of not accepting your offer. If your P.S. works the reader will backtrack and usually read your sales letter word for word.
